I have a favorite cold weather soup that is made by Tastefully Simple, creamy rice or something like that . You can only order it fall and winter, but it is really yummy. I have been trying MANY various recipes trying to find something that compared. I’ve found good recipes, but nothing close…until now! It needs a little bit of tweaking, like less onion, chop the mushrooms smaller, add a little salt and pepper, but this is as close as I’ve been able to find.
